Summer education resources 

Safety education resources for children and young people are available on StayWise.co.uk (external website). Teachers and educators are encouraged to register on StayWise to access and deliver a variety of exciting videos, presentations and games, which support the curriculum.

Firefighters and specialist prevention education staff deliver targeted summer safety school visits to years 6 and 8 - which include the topics: water safety, anti-social behaviour and grass fire/moorland fire prevention.

GMFRS delivery staff use the bespoke 'lesson bundle' that is available to registered users on StayWise (search 'GMFRS Summer Resources for Primary and Secondary' on StayWise), or other StayWise resources appropriate to the topic and age group.
