Motorcycle Safety

Motorbikes make up only one per cent of vehicles on the road. But 20 per cent of people killed or seriously injured in road collision are motorcyclists. Motorcyclists are 40 times more likely to die on the road than car drivers. Around 15 per cent of motorcyclists are young people, but they make up nearly 40 per cent of motorbike casualties.
