Enforcement Register

Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) keeps a register of all enforcement action taken and this is available to view on request.

We are working towards ensuring notices served under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 are also publicly available on the National Enforcement Register which is operated by National Fire Chiefs Council. The Enforcement Register has been moved to a new location (PowerBi App, opens in a new window).  

It is not currently possible to update the historic records which are on the register and therefore if you have an enquiry about enforcement action taken by GMFRS or wish to view the public register of notices please contact us via email on OBSCentralAdmin@manchesterfire.gov.uk.
