Fire Safety Law and Guidance Documents for Business - Other Languages

Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service is committed to ensuring that key Fire Safety information and Guidance is available to all of our communities. We have previously produced short leaflets translated into a number of languages which can be found below. These have not yet been updated following the Government producing new guidance for small premises which is available only in English. We have retained our translated leaflets whilst we explore options for having the new guidance translated.

Information on the Fire Kills website

Fire Kills is the national fire safety publicity campaign run by the government. It aims to make people more aware of the risks of fire in the home and how to prevent it. From the Fire Kills website (opens in a new tab), you can download additional information that is aimed at the Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Chinese, Somali and Polish communities.

You can also watch and listen to various TV and radio adverts that have been broadcast in recent years.
