Car parking at Fire Service Headquarters

Only limited parking is available at Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters. Visitors are therefore advised to park at the rear of Agecroft Fire Station which is a five minute walk away. On occasions where Agecroft is full, we have an arrangement to use the Henry Boddingtons Hotel car park parking at the end of the car park before the red posts. Both Agecroft Fire Station and Henry Boddingtons Hotel are situated on Bolton Road.

Travelling by train to Fire Service Headquarters

Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters is located approximately 15 minutes by road from Manchester City Centre and its two major railway stations - Piccadilly and Victoria. Taxi ranks are located outside each station concourse. At Victoria Station, you also have the option of taking the number '8' bus service from stop Ny which stops directly outside our headquarters in Swinton.
