BETWEEN 5.30pm on Friday, March 24, and 8.30am Monday, March 27 Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service received 601 calls and attended 316 incidents.

Monday, March 27
House fire – Rochdale
AT 2.06am on Monday, March 27, three crews from Oldham, Chadderton and Littleborough were called to a fire at a house off New Broad Lane, Rochdale.
On arrival crews found a fire on the ground floor involving a computer and used one hose reel, two breathing apparatus and a fan to extinguish the fire.
Three casualties evacuated the house before crews arrived, were treated for smoke inhalation by firefighters before being taken to hospital by ambulance crews.
Firefighters were on the scene for approximately an hour and a half.
Building fire – Bolton
THREE crews from Bolton Central and Bolton North were called to a fire at a building on Kestor Street at 5.07am on Monday, March 27.
Firefighters used a hose reel, two breathing apparatus, a fan and a dry powder extinguisher to put out the fire.
Crews were in attendance for approximately 45 minutes.
