House collapse – Manchester – January 16, 2017
ONE pump remained at the scene of the Blackley house collapse overnight and a Fire Investigation team will return today to continue working towards discovering the cause of the fire.

Chip pan fire – Bolton – January 16, 2017
FIREFIGHTERS from Farnworth and Bolton Central attended a fire in a house in Watson Road, Farnworth at 7.41pm on January 16, 2017. The fire originated in the kitchen of the property and crews used two breathing apparatus and a ventilation unit to tackle the flames.
One casualty was transferred to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation.
