Between 5.30pm on Friday, February 17, and 8.30am on Monday, February 20, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service received 439 calls and were mobilised to 231 incidents.
Balcony fire – Radcliffe
THREE crews from Farnworth, Bolton North and Bolton Central were called to a fire at a flat on Canalside, Radcliffe at 5.54am on Sunday, February 19.
On arrival crews found a fire on the balcony of a second floor flat.
Crews used a ladder, one hose reel and a Dewalt saw to bring the fire under control.

Crews were in attendance for 45 minutes.
Laundrette fire – Denton
AT 5.21pm on Sunday, February 19, three crews from Hyde, Stockport and Gorton attended a fire at a laundrettes on Hulme Road, Denton.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, a hose reel and a positive pressure fan to bring the fire under control.
Crews were in attendance for 55 minutes.
Flat fire - Stockport
THREE crews from Stockport, Whitehill and Marple were called to a fire at a flat on Hempshaw Lane, Stockport, at 7.44pm on Sunday, February 19.
Crews used a thermal imaging camera and a hearth kit and treated one casualty.
The cause was accidental.
Crews fitted on a smoke alarm at the property and were on the scene for 30 minutes.
