Observe and Preserve - training package

Our Fire Investigation Team have recognised the hugely important role played by those first in attendance at a fire scene and how their actions and observations can massively assist the Fire Investigator. They have therefore produced a training package aimed at first responders called OBSERVE & PRESERVE, which consists of a 30 minute DVD film and an accompanying separate CD with PowerPoint presentation and trainers notes.

The package attempts to illustrate how by considering their initial actions and making careful mental and written notes of their observations, those first in attendance can have a huge impact on the success of any subsequent investigation.
