Rubbish of fire - Oldham - January 26, 2016

FIREFIGHTERS from Philips Park, Hollins and Chadderton attended a fire in Ridgefield Street, Failsworth at 7.46pm on January 26, 2016.

The fire involved a large quantity of rubbish on the ground floor of a derelict mill. Crews used one hose reel and two breathing apparatus to tackle the fire and a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear smoke.

It is believed that the cause of the fire was deliberate. Crews were detained for around thirty minutes.
